当方は、本アプリを通じて、利用者からいかなる個人情報も取得しません。
お問い合わせフォームをご利用いただいた場合のみ、第 8 条のとおり情報をお預かりします。
本アプリは、以下の情報を利用者の端末内に保存します。
これらはすべて利用者の端末内にあり、iOS のデータ保護機能によって保護されます。本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のこれらのデータは削除されます。
本アプリがネットワーク通信を行う先は、以下に限られます。
accounts.google.com / oauth2.googleapis.com（Google アカウントの認証）www.googleapis.com（Google ドライブ API）音声と記録台帳は、利用者の端末から利用者自身の Google ドライブへ直接送信されます。当方のサーバーを経由することはありません。Google ドライブに保存された後のデータの取扱いには、Google のプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約が適用されます。
本アプリは drive.file スコープのみを要求します。これは本アプリが作成したファイルとフォルダにのみアクセスできる権限であり、利用者のドライブにある既存のファイルを読むことはできません。
接続の解除は、本アプリの設定画面、または Google アカウントのセキュリティ設定から行えます。接続を解除しても、すでに Google ドライブに保存されたファイルは削除されません。
録音のためにマイクを使用します。マイクが使用されるのは、利用者が録音を開始してから停止するまでの間に限られます。
アプリの施錠を解除するとき、および録音を削除する前の本人確認に使用します。認証は iOS の仕組みを通じて行われ、生体情報そのものが本アプリに渡されることはありません。当方が生体情報を取得・保存することもありません。
アプリ内課金は Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。決済情報は Apple が取り扱い、当方が利用者の氏名・住所・カード情報等を受け取ることはありません。当方が Apple から受け取るのは、個人を特定できない集計された販売レポートのみです。
本ウェブサイトのお問い合わせページでは Google フォームを利用しています。お問い合わせをいただいた場合に限り、フォームにご入力いただいた内容（お名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容など、ご自身で入力された情報）を、Google のサービスを通じて当方が受け取ります。
これらはお問い合わせへの回答および不具合の調査のためにのみ使用し、第三者に提供しません。回答が完了し、必要がなくなった時点で削除します。削除をご希望の場合は、フォームからお申し出ください。
録音の内容そのものはお送りにならないでください。調査に必要なのは発生した状況であって、録音された音声ではありません。
お問い合わせをいただかない限り、当方が利用者の情報を受け取ることはありません。
本アプリは、13 歳未満（居住国の法令でより高い年齢が定められている場合はその年齢未満）の子どもを対象としていません。当方は子どもから個人情報を取得しません。
本アプリを通じて当方が保有するデータはありません。端末内のデータは利用者ご自身で削除でき、Google ドライブ上のデータは Google のサービス上で管理・削除できます。お問い合わせフォームでお預かりした情報については、開示・訂正・削除のご希望に応じます。
端末内および Google ドライブ上のデータは、利用者が削除するまで保持されます。お問い合わせフォームでお預かりした情報は、対応が完了し必要がなくなった時点で削除します。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更については、本アプリ内でお知らせします。

SolidRec (the “App”) is an iOS recording app provided by MedialabTH (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how information is handled in the App and on this website.
We do not collect any personal information from users through the App.
Only if you use the contact form do we receive information, as described in section 8.
All of this stays on your device, protected by iOS data protection. Deleting the App removes this data from your device.
The App connects only to:
accounts.google.com / oauth2.googleapis.com (Google account sign-in)www.googleapis.com (Google Drive API)Audio and ledger files travel directly from your device to your own Google Drive. They never pass through any server of ours. Once stored in Google Drive, the data is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms.
The App requests only the drive.file scope, which grants access solely to files and folders the App itself creates. It cannot read existing files in your Drive.
You can disconnect at any time from the App’s settings or from your Google account security settings. Disconnecting does not delete files already stored in Google Drive.
The microphone is used for recording, only while a recording is in progress.
Used to unlock the App and to confirm your identity before deleting a recording. Authentication is performed by iOS; biometric data is never made available to the App, and we neither collect nor store it.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment details; we never receive your name, address, or card information. We receive only aggregated sales reports that do not identify individuals.
The contact page on this website uses Google Forms. Only if you submit the form do we receive what you entered (such as your name, email address, and message) via Google’s service.
We use it solely to answer your enquiry and investigate defects, and we do not share it with third parties. We delete it once the enquiry is resolved and it is no longer needed. To request deletion, contact us through the form.
Please do not send the recordings themselves. What helps is the circumstances in which a problem occurred, not the audio.
Unless you contact us, we receive no information about you.
The App is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher age set by the law of your country of residence. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We hold no data collected through the App. Data on your device can be deleted by you; data in Google Drive is managed through Google’s services. For information submitted through the contact form, we will honour requests for access, correction, or deletion.
Data on your device and in your Google Drive is kept until you delete it. Information submitted through the contact form is deleted once the enquiry is resolved.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will also be announced in the App.
